Additional Property Attributes

The Site is comprised of 0.433 acre of commercial land situated north of North Summit Street and south of Ostrich Lane, both of which provide access to the Site. The Site is developed with a two-story, approximately 16,586-square foot commercial building with a partial crawl space, originally constructed in 1862. The Site is currently vacant and was reportedly last occupied by Shen Service (hiring agency) in 2015.

The following materials were found to be ACM:
* The nine-inch square, red floor tile in Rooms 1 and 2 is considered a miscellaneous material and classified as Category I, non-friable ACM;
* The black adhesive located in room 7 is considered thermal system insulation (TSI) and classified as regulated ACM (RACM);
* The window glaze sampled from one exterior window on the eastern side of the Site building is considered a surfacing material and classified as Category II, non-friable ACM;
* The two interior fire doors located throughout the building were not sampled, but are assumed to be ACM and considered RACM; and,
* The rolled roofing on the second story was not sampled, but is assumed to be a Category I, non-friable ACM.
