Additional Property Attributes

The Property was utilized as agricultural cropland until a portion of the current building was constructed in 1941. By 1950, the majority of the Property that exists today was constructed including the former office building to the east of the main building. A road bisected the current Property from east to west and the far western portion of the current Property was undeveloped. By 1970, the parking area on the Property was extended to the north and west as it appears today. The Property was utilized by several auto carrier businesses throughout time and is currently utilized by several businesses which utilize the garage portion of the building for auto repair and maintenance including a crane company, a landscaping company, a garbage disposal company, an electric company, and a wood shop and metal working business.
