Additional Property Attributes

Based on Triterra's review of historical information, the Property was undeveloped and/or agricultural cropland by 1938. The existing commercial building was constructed the Property by 1945. From approximately 1945 to 1979, the Property building was occupied by Parson's Chemical Works and utilized for the manufacturing of agricultural chemicals and fertilizers. From approximately 1980 to 2000, the Property building was occupied by EMT Enterprises and extensive remediation efforts were completed on the Property. From approximately 2001 to 2016, Property operations included the assembly of ice fishing products and from approximately 2016 to 2020, Property operations included the storage and sales of grass seed and pre-packaged fertilizers. Since July of 2020, the Property has been vacant.
