Main Manufacturing. Vacant since at least 2010. Acquired by PRHA in 2019. Metal storage building constructed in 1990. Historically heated by coal.

Located adjacent to former Nanochemonics/Magnox facility. Located in 100-yr floodplain. ACM and LBP identified in the building through previous studies. Proposed redevelopment of school into Calfee Community & Cultural Center (CCCC). Town is planning to transfer ownership of the property.
