Additional Property Attributes

According to Yellowstone County, Montana Property Search, The Property houses five different buildings. Their construction ranges from the 1940's to 1950's. It is unknown whether soil and/or structures located on The Property have been contaminated. A petroleum release was reported in 1998 (Release #3470; Facility ID #30293). The Property currently, and has been for years, used by different businesses and uses including warehouse, automotive repair, manufacturing, restaurant, railroad load/unload, and general storage. As previously mentioned, because of the era of construction, it is suspected lead base paint and asbestos could be within the structures. Petroleum contamination was present in soil and groundwater, but was below DEQ screening levels. Asbestos and lead-based paint are present in the building materials.
