Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Site is partially occupied currently mixed use professional offices and residential apartments. The Subject Site is bounded by Dr. Brown Optometrist to the east; Hillis, Hillis, Rozzi, & Dean Law Office to the south across North Street with residential and commercial properties beyond; the Cass County Sheriff's Department and Jail and a construction site to the west across 4th Street; and a residential property to the north across an unnamed ally.

The Subject Site operated historically as a Masonic Temple (400 North Street) from at least 1895 to 1995. From at least 1995 until present, 400 North has been utilized as a residential apartment building. The 408 building has historically operated as professional offices and various health practices from at least 1930 to circa 2017. The second floor of the 408 building had been residential circa 1995-2017. The 408 building is currently unoccupied.
