Additional Property Attributes

The Site is comprised of an approximate 0.40-acre lot identified on Morrisville Tax Map 21 as Lot 179. The Site is currently vacant but was previously residential in nature. The surrounding area is mostly used for commercial purposes, including retail, dry-cleaning, and auto repair. However, several residential structures are present to the east of the Site. The former Site building burned down in 2006. Remediation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and lead in soil is required. Village Center Apartments will bring 24 new units of affordable housing to the community of
Morrisville and these homes will be affordable in perpetuity.
