Additional Property Attributes

The Rock Wool Insulation company operated at the Property and sometime after 1995 the ownership changed to the Martial Westburg Revocable Trust. The business ceased operation in 2012 and the Property became tax delinquent. The Property was acquired by Grant County in April of 2020 through the tax foreclosure process.
