Additional Property Attributes

This property was assessed to purchase the old house. It was not historical. The building was demoed to make way for the expansion of the CM Russell Museum. The Phase 1 conducted for the CM Russell Museum on a residence was to make way for the expansion of the CM Russell Campus. The expansion will add 2.1 acres to the Museum Campus. As part of the Art & Soul Campaign, a generous donor provided the funds to expand the campus. With the help of LPW Architects, Land Design, Woith Engineering, and United Materials they closed and removed 5th Avenue North, demolished the former parking lots, and leveled the ground for new pathways and grass. The project is on schedule for completion in late-July.
