Additional Property Attributes

This was a toy store and the property owner was retiring. The potential purchaser had a Buy/Sell in place but the owner allowed it to expire. At this time the owner is continuing to try and sell the building. It is located on Central Ave and is a great site. Hoping to be able to update the redevelopment of this property soon.
