Additional Property Attributes

The Property is located at 600 Kasper Avenue and is comprised of a single tax lot (139-22-310-028). The Property consists of approximately 0.17 acres of land formerly developed with a 1,200 square foot single-family residence that was constructed by 1964. The residence was demolished in 2019 and is now vacant. Property zoning is Single Family Resident District (R-1). The Property is owned by the City of Las Vegas. Surrounding sites are primarily residential, with commercial sites located north of West Lake Mead Boulevard. Historical records identified a gas station, laundry, and two additional possible gas stations on the north side of West Lake Mead Boulevard, all within 1,000 feet of the Property. Due to the absence of a confirmed release at these facilities, and their distance and/or position relative to the Property, none are considered a REC for the Property. An environmental records search was performed. No sites within their respective ASTM E 1527-13 search radii of the Property were identified. A Property reconnaissance conducted at the Property on March 26, 2021 identified no environmental concerns. The assessment has releveled no evidence of REC in connection with the Property. Property was part of the Historic Westside Areawide Environmental Evaluation that has been logged as cleanup planning on this project.
