Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of portions of four contiguous parcels totaling 431.6-acres of mixed grassy and wooded land associated with the Ocala Airport - Taylor Field, located at 1770 SW 60th Avenue in Ocala, Marion County, Florida. The site is identified by the Marion County Property Appraiser as Parcel Nos. 23320-000-00 (portion) [164.35 acres]; 23320-001-00 [40 acres]; 23320-002-00 [40 acres], and 23820-016-00 (portion) [187.25 acres]. The site is divided by an asphalt paved road, SW 67th Avenue. For the purposes of this investigation the site will be identified as follows:
? Parcel 5 53.3-acres located east of SW 67th Avenue at the northwestern corner of Parcel No. 23320-000-00 (portion). The site consists of predominately wooded and/or pastureland.
? Parcel 4 224.3-acres located west of SW 67th Avenue and consists of Parcel Nos. 23320-000-00 (portion), 23320-001-00, 23320-002-00, and 23820-016-00 (portion). The site consists of predominately wooded and/or pastureland.
? Parcel 3 46.5-acres located south of Parcel 4 and west of SW 67th Avenue and is a portion of Parcel No. 23820-016-00. A large asphalt parking area and a small structure utilized as an office and storage is located on Parcel 3. Parcel 3 is utilized as overflow parking and by the College of Central Florida for police driver training.
? Parcel 2 19.9-acres located south of Parcel 3 and west of SW 67th Avenue and is a portion of Parcel No. 23820-016-00. The site consists of predominately wooded and/or pastureland.
Historical sources reviewed as part of this assessment indicate the site parcels have been predominately vacant wooded land since 1940. Parcel 4 was developed with a residential structure from at least 1940 to at least 1979 and Parcel 3 has been developed with a large parking area/driver training area since 1995. Terracon did not identify any RECs, HRECs or CRECs associated with the site.
