Additional Property Attributes

The northern portion of the current office and collision shop building was constructed between 1940 and 1949 on previously vacant land. An additional building consistent with a barn or storage building was constructed in the western portion between 1955 and 1957 and demolished between 1961 and 1967. The northwestern portion of the current office and collision shop building was constructed between 1967 and 1972 and the current southern portion (additional vehicle bays) was constructed in 1972. The northern portion of the western storage garage was constructed in 1978 with an addition in 1988 and the current storage shed south of the office and collision shop building was constructed in 1982. The office and collision shop building was occupied by an automotive collision shop including body panel repair and painting from at least 1956 (and likely since initial construction in the 1940s) until operations ceased in approximately March 2020. The remaining buildings have historically been utilized for general storage and the remainder of the property has historically been utilized for vehicle parking/staging. Additionally, the southern portion of the storage garage appears to have been utilized for some type of vehicle service operations.
