Additional Property Attributes

A school building existed on the southwestern portion of the Property in 1910. The remainder of the Property was utilized as agricultural cropland. In 1929, the original school building was razed, and the existing school building was constructed. In 1949, an addition was constructed to the north side of the school building to form the existing building configuration. In approximately 2006, a mobile structure existed on the east side of the Property building and was removed in approximately 2016. The Property has been utilized as a school/office building since construction. The Property is currently vacant.

The Developer proposes to abate the asbestos in the existing school building, demolish the building and prepare the site for a mixed-use development project named SXSL Development comprised of: (a) a 29,600 square foot two (2) story commercial building with a mix of office, banking, health care, and community services, and; (b) fourteen (14) age-restricted residential units.
