Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property was developed prior to 1937 with three residential dwellings and associated garages in the eastern central and southeastern portions. Additional dwellings and garages were constructed throughout the property between the 1940s and 1950s. The original (southern) portions of the current building were constructed in 1941. The dwellings were demolished except for one dwelling east of the church and additions were constructed to the building between the 1950s and 1970s. The remaining dwelling east of the building was demolished between 1972 and 1976. The building has been occupied by church operations since construction. The southern portion was historically occupied by a school and has been vacant for approximately 25 years.

Demolition of the property is planned for reuse/redevelopment as workforce housing.
