Additional Property Attributes

The Surface Trust Property located approximately � mile east of intersection of Oklahoma State Highway (Hwy) 62 and Highway 102 near Harrah, Oklahoma, in Lincoln County, 73045. The Subject Property is approximately 373 acres. A small portion of Property is currently used by the Kickapoo Tribe for offices and commercial storage, while the vast majority is heavily wooded and undeveloped.
Past ownership was found dated March 30, 1995, between the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma, by and through Kendle Scott, Chairman, and Jennell Downs, Secretary as the Grantor, and the United States of America, in trust for the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma, as the Grantee.

Future use of the Property is for Tribal offices.
