Barr Engineering performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment in conformance with the scope and
limitations of ASTM Practice E1527-13 of 3942 Woodland Ave., the Property. Exceptions to, or deletions
from, this Practice are described in Section 1.4 of this report. This ESA has revealed of the following
recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Property:* REC #1: Historical Site Use, Petroleum Underground Storage Tanks, Fuel Pump Infrastructure.
* REC#2: Regulatory Listings on Adjoining Property - KJ Auto Services Inc at 4002 Woodland Ave,
