Additional Property Attributes

The Property is situated to the south-southeast of Reynolds Industrial Park Road, west-southwest of
Brentwood Drive and to the east-northeast of Arlington Drive in an area of residential, commercial, and
light industrial properties, along with some undeveloped land in the general vicinity. 8th Street intersects
the southern portion of the Property. Topographically, the southwest corner of the Property is a high point
and slopes toward the north. Elevation of the Property ranges from 1030 to 1000 feet above mean sea
level. The northern portion of the property along Reynolds Industrial Park Road has been utilized as a gravel lot
with a road that leads south towards the center of the Property. The rest of the Property has been
vegetated and mostly undeveloped.
