Previous Use:
The Louisiana Energy and Power Authority (LEPA) operated the Steam Plant for the City of Morgan City beginning in 1989, but discontinued operations in 2015, due to the construction and impending start-up of a new power plant in Morgan City and other municipalities. The City currently has the Steam Plant decommissioned.

Proposed Use:
The property will be used as office space and a storage facility for inventory of (City Vehicles/Trucks, etc.) for the City of Morgan City's daily operations.
