Additional Property Attributes

The property has been owned by the current owner, Lovelock Industrial, LLC since 2008. The property is approximately 0.5 acres and existed as vacant land dating back to at least 1953 to 2002 with periodic agricultural use. In 2002, a 2,878-square foot office building was constructed at the property which is occupied by Pershing County Farm Service Agency. The current owner would like to sell or develop the property. Completing a Phase I for the property will help WNDD attract new businesses or developers to the site.
