Additional Property Attributes

Former Armory built in 1930 has been abandoned since the mid-1990s. Phase I and Phase II completed which determined that remediation activities prior to redevelopment of the property by the purchaser will have to take place. Demolition of a portion of the building is expected. The timeline for sale and redevelopment of the property has been hindered by exorbitant costs for the local non-profit purchaser, the Parade Company. No change in the status of the building as of January 2024.
