Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consisted of undeveloped land from at least 1924 until approximately 1949, when a commercial building was constructed and operated as a restaurant. This building and associated structure(s) were razed from the subject property in the 1960s and a vehicle fueling station was constructed in approximately 1967. The subject property continued operation as a fueling station until the mid-1990s. Fueling station structures were removed beginning in the mid to late-1990s through 2002. The subject property has consisted of an unoccupied and undeveloped lot since 2002. The City of Ecorse acquired the subject property through tax reversion from the Wayne County Treasurer in 2014.
