Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was developed as a residential dwelling from at least 1897 until at least 1910. The property was also utilized as store front(s) and/or a restaurant beginning in at least 1910. A residential flat was also present on the second floor of the commercial storefront/restaurant building. The subject property occupants consisted of various residential tenants, grocers, restaurants, and/or coffee shops from at least 1952 to 2017. The City of Ecorse acquired the subject property through tax reversion from the Wayne County Treasurer in 2018. The commercial building was demolished in 2021. The subject property currently consists of an undeveloped dirt/gravel lot that is unused.
