Additional Property Attributes

Based on review of historical information, the existing commercial buildings were constructed on the Property by at least 1884. Various commercial retailers, Consumers Energy, and restaurants have occupied the Property since at least 1884. In the 1908 fire insurance map, a "gasoline tank" was listed as being located in the 112 N. Clinton Avenue building basement. According to city directories, Shaggie's and Jersey Giant Subs occupied the Property from at least 2010 to 2017. The RSRA identified the former use of the gasoline tanks as an elevated environmental risk in connection with the Property.
