Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 10 acres of park land. A 1,120 square-foot bathroom and storage building, 598 square-foot concessions building, a 528 square-foot two-story announcer building, a 352 square-foot shed, a 120 square-foot shed, a playground, and three baseball diamonds with dugouts and bleachers were present in the north and central portions of the Property. A well house was present in the eastern portion of the Property. Paved parking lots were present in the northwest and north-central portions of the Property. Tennis and basketball courts were present in the southwest portion of the Property. A portion of South Elizabeth Street was present running north/south along the western Property boundary. The remainder of the Property consisted of grassy and landscaped areas.
