Additional Property Attributes

The City Hall building was flooded in March 2021 and petroleum from nearby cars and possibly USTs contaminated the building. While doing our investigation an unregistered UST was discovered. Funds have been used for air monitoring and tank removal. Received NFA letter from the State.
