Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property is currently developed with dining/entertainment facilities located within the Waterside District; a small park with green space; a large commercial tower with an associated parking garage; and docking space for large ships. The Subject Property has an extensive history. Norfolk was first founded in 1636, but is unknown when the Subject Property was first developed. The earliest historical record providing information specific to the Subject Property is a Sanborn map from 1887. The Subject Property is depicted as being developed with multiple wharfs, machine shops, warehouses, multiple stores, ferry docks, an ice house, and facilities utilizing electrical generators.
