Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property is developed with two commercial structures which were constructed in the 1960s. Land use at the Subject Property has been confirmed by Sanborn fire insurance maps back to 1885, when the Subject Property appears to be partially developed with storage structures. The Subject Property appears to be developed with residential and commercial properties from approximately 1896 through 1992. The Subject Property appears to have been developed by several commercial businesses from 1948 through the early 2000s, with city directories from 1968 identifying 304/306 South Queen Street as occupied by Pixie Kleen Dry Cleaners. The commercial structure at 310 South Queen Street was razed in 1994, and the residential structure at 103 East Bright Street was razed in 2014. The commercial properties at 304/306 and 308 South Queen Street have been vacant for the last several years. The Subject Property parcels are currently owned by Harvey E. Beech and Eloise C. Beech. Potential future uses include some type of commercial/retail development.
