Additional Property Attributes

Prior to building construction, VOCs were identified in soil that may represent a volatilization to indoor air exposure. Active and passive mitigation systems were put in place during construction, sampling activities are being conducted in order to determine if the active system needs to be activated. Sampling of subslab soil gas over the period of one year did not reveal any VOCs exceeding screening levels protective of indoor air quality.
