Additional Property Attributes

Previous owners are unknown. The property was seized by US Marshalls in 1995 and was transferred into trust status in 1995. The current condition is vacant with one abandoned building which looks like an older barn constructed around the 1980-1990s using previously existing materials. The property has an abundance of culturally significant plants located within the site boundaries. Future uses should be to maintain the health of the ecosystem and propagate the culturally significant plants for gathering practices, plus there could be wetlands within the area. Phase I completed on 07/20/2021. No RECs or contaminants found. This land is part of a CNO NRCS collaboration, which is a cost-share program that provides funding for natural resource stewardship and advancement.
