Additional Property Attributes

The 45,423 square foot building located next to the City of Winslow Police Department building was constructed in 1963 and operated as a Basha's Grocery store until 2002 when it and the adjacent Police Department was purchased by the City. At the time it was constructed, use of asbestos and lead-based paint was standard practice in building construction. It is also thought that the building may contain mold. The City of Winslow has used it since the building was purchased for storage and has never used or placed hazardous material in the building.
