Additional Property Attributes

The building at this property was constructed in 1970. At the time use of asbestos containing building material and lead-based paint was standard practice. After the Valley View Restaurant that used the building closed, the owner of the property sold it to Kinney Construction Services/102 West Arnold LLC who has kept the building closed since it was purchased.
