Additional Property Attributes

The property was constructed in 1961. All previous uses are not known but it was last used as a drug store before it was purchased by the Camp Verde Unified School District in 2016. It was standard practice at the time the building was constructed to use asbestos and lead-based paint in buildings. It is currently used as a high school. No work has previously been performed to identify the location of asbestos and lead-based paint, if present, and to protect students and CVUSD employees from potential exposure to these materials, if/when appropriate.
