Additional Property Attributes

The Restore/Habitat for Humanity was leasing the building and the owner didn't want to allow for improvements and expansion. The non-profit is in the process of purchasing the building to expand it's services and redevelop space for the Habitat for Humanity organization to hold their offices within the building. Hazardous builidng materials were found.
