Additional Property Attributes

The Bass Clef School leased the property for several years from the Farmers Union who owned the building. Due to the success of the school, they needed to expand. The owner didn't want to make tenant improvements that the school needed, but offered to sell at a reasonable price on a contract for deed. This was the purpose for the Phase 1. We are excited to see the continued redevelopment which, due to the pandemic, could take a few more years.
