Additional Property Attributes

The 13.4-acre Site is currently owned by the City of Portland and consists of vacant/undeveloped land. The Site was originally purchased by the City in 1976 to develop the Auburn Street Connector with Washington Avenue; however, the parcel was not developed as part of the connector effort. The 13.4 acres are wooded and a mapped wetland is present in the northeastern corner of the property. Historical information sources indicate the property has been undeveloped since at least 1891.
