Additional Property Attributes

The Site is approximately 0.30 acres in size, consisting of one parcel (State Parcel #49-07-19-106-034.000-101) on the southwest corner of the intersection of Birchwood Avenue and Fairfield Avenue. The southern half of the parcel is rectangular in shape, while the northern portion is triangular. The Site is currently vacant with grass cover, but three (3) buildings previously existed on the parcel and the buildings were razed in 2014. The site is surrounded by residential properties. The site was first developed in 1915 and is listed in the historical dry cleaner database and is suspected to have been occupied by dry cleaners between 1920 and the 1930s. An adjacent property was reportedly occupied by a dry cleaner between 1925 and 1970's.
