Additional Property Attributes

Based on review of historical information, the Property was undeveloped woodland and/or grassland from at least 1938 to 1956. Disturbed soils appeared on the Property in 1950 and 1956 historical aerial images. The existing commercial building was constructed on the Property by 1963 and an addition was constructed on the southern portion of the building by 1976. The Property was a bowling alley from at least 1964 to 2011. The Property was vacant from approximately 2015 to 2017. From 2018 to present, Property operations have included cannabis grow and storage. The Property is currently undergoing site improvements.
