Additional Property Attributes

The Property is a 17.9-acre site comprised of 24 parcels south of Almonaster Avenue and approximately
1,180 feet to the west of Grant Street in New Orleans, Orleans Parish, Louisiana. The Property is undeveloped wooded marshland with an approximate half-acre area on the northwestern portion of the Property that has been encroached upon by Dillon Bros., the northwestern-adjoining facility. The encroachment area has been filled and leveled with gravel and is used for staging concrete aggregate stockpiles, trucks, and equipment associated with Dillon Bros. facility operations. The Property is in an industrial setting.
