Additional Property Attributes

The 1.91-acre Property is comprised of tax lot #162-30-802-010 and is improved with one approximately 3,330 square-foot building constructed in 1988. At the time of the Property visit, the Property was occupied by Silver Lake Construction who leases the Property from SSS Properties, LLC. Silver Lake Construction used the Property for rebar folding, construction storage and manufacturing. Areas surrounding the Property building were gravel with some paved concrete and asphalt. A canopy with a metal frame is in the southeast corner of the Property where vehicle maintenance occurs. The land use is currently designated as 50.240 - Light Manufacturing Storage Facilities with the land use designated as Commercial Tourist. Surrounding sites are commercial use. The Property was first developed in 1988 with a warehouse building. Silver Lake Construction has occupied the Property since 2015. Various construction materials and equipment are used and stored on the Property. The southeast corner of the Property is used for vehicle maintenance and a minor oil stain was observed during the site visit. No records of a petroleum spill have occurred on the Property relating to the activities. The oil stain is considered a de minimis condition.

This site is part of the Stadium District redevelopment area.
