Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was historically vacant land until a gasoline filling station was constructed in the southern portion in 1959, with an addition constructed to the western portion of the filling station and a dispenser canopy constructed north of the filling station in 1988. Based on Google Street View photographs, the station was abandoned by November 2008, the former building was collapsed by August 2009, and the structures (building, canopy, and fuel dispensers) were removed from the property by August 2011. The subject property has been a vacant paved lot since that time.
