Additional Property Attributes

The Property is currently vacant and is ready for redevelopment but has had a long history of development. The first known use of the Property was in 1886 when it was occupied by a grocery and a garage. By 1937, a gasoline filling station, two underground gasoline tanks, a residence, and a garage were present at the Property. Between 1937 and 1970, the Property was occupied by several gasoline service and filling stations under a variety of names. Property use is unknown after 1980 and the residential and service station buildings were demolished in 2008.
