Additional Property Attributes

From 1928 to 1987, the Property consisted of a multi-tenant residential structure on the south portion of
the Property and a commercial structure on the north portion of the Property. The residential structure
was no longer present after 1987. The commercial structure was occupied by either a restaurant, dry
goods shop, or beer garden from 1931 to 2000, and the remainder of the Property consisted of paved
parking lot. At the time of the site reconnaissance, the Property consisted of a vacant commercial
structure and paved parking lot.
