Additional Property Attributes

From the late 1890s through 1910, the Property's 24 non-contiguous parcels were vacant lots or
developed with residential structures and outbuildings. By 1915, each parcel was developed with a
residential structure. Most of the residential structures were razed from the early 1980s through the mid-
2010s, except for a residential structure in the northern portion of the Property. At the time of the
reconnaissance, the Property consisted of 24, non-contiguous lots, encompassing approximately 1.9
acres of land. Each lot was vacant and grass-covered land, except for the vacant residential structure and
shed at 2221 Townsend Street. Denser vegetation was present along the eastern end of the 2216, 2208
and 2202 Townsend Street lots, at the western end of the 2185 and 2179 Townsend Street lots, and at
the northern end of the 2209 Townsend Street and 2203 Sheridan Street lots. Several cars were parked
on the 2242 Sheridan Street lot.
