Additional Property Attributes

Site contains one 11,000 square-foot single-story storage and warehouse used to store electrical materials for repair of electric motors.

Phase I ESA identified the following RECs: Site was identified with a 1,000-gallon gasoline UST that was removed in 1995 (due to the age of the tank and unknown years in use this listing represents a REC to the site), and east-adjoining property, National Cleaners, was identified as a drycleaners from 1969 to 1972.

During the Phase II, lead and arsenic were detected in soil samples above the Missouri Risk-Based Corrective Action (MRBCA) Default Target Levels (DTLs) but were within background concentrations in Buchanan County.
