Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the majority of the Property consisted of vacant, grass-covered land. The northern portion of the Property was developed as a single-story apartment building with paved parking areas north of the building. A paved driveway crossed the southeastern portion of the Property. Several paved and gravel-covered parking areas, former concrete building slabs and sidewalks were also located on the southeastern portion. A drainage feature surrounded by trees and a grass-covered area with chain link backstops were located on the western portion.
