Additional Property Attributes

Property consists of three (3) parcels located east of the Blackhawk Boulevard downtown area. Historical operations on the Property are primarily residential with limited paved parking on the west side of the Property. Structures were cleared in the 1980s and the parcels have been vacant since. Most recently owned by Roth Real Estate. The City performed Phase I ESA as part of due diligence prior to acquisition.
