Additional Property Attributes

The Property was vacant until approximately 1950 when it was developed with a residential structure and attached garage. In the 1990s, the structure was utilized for commercial purposes as a doctor's office. From approximately 2005 to 2012, the structure was occupied by Central Florist, Inc. By 2016, the structure was razed. At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 0.2 acres of vacant, grass-covered land. Trees and brush were at the northwest Property corner and lined the northern Property boundary at the time of the Phase I ESA.
