Additional Property Attributes

From 1938 to 1946, the surrounding area was primarily agricultural, then from 1956 to 2020, the surrounding area was commercial and residential. Lawson Printers, Inc. was present on the west adjoining site from 1950 to 2021 (shown on Figure 2). Pink Poodle dry cleaners was located to the northwest from approximately 1986 to 1996. At the time of the reconnaissance, residential development was located to the south. Vacant land was located to the north. Commercial businesses that included a veterinary clinic, printer, and other retail shops were located west and northeast, and a restaurant was located east of the Property.
Based on the results of additional assessment, no target constituents were measured in soil at concentrations above EGLE Part 201 generic cleanup criteria.
