Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 0.4-acres of land developed with one building. The original portion of the building was approximately 1,350 square-feet with an approximately 2,550 square foot addition. The building interior was unfinished. The remainder of the Property was developed with paved parking and landscaped areas. Vacant land, residences, and a commercial business (located southeast) surrounded the Property. The Property was serviced by Consumers Energy for electrical service, SEMCO Energy Gas Company for natural gas, and municipal utilities for water and sanitary sewer. Stormwater in the area infiltrated into the ground surface or flowed overland to adjoining roadways. A Property Features Diagram (Figure 2) was developed from the observations and/or historical information collected during conduct of this Phase I ESA.
Based on results of additional assessment, no target constituents were measured in soil or groundwater samples at concentrations above EGLE Part 201 generic cleanup criteria.
